Salt And Pepper Squid

  1. Combine rice flour, pepper, salt and chili. Toss squid lightly in flour mixture, shaking off excess. Heat oil over medium-high heat. Deep-fry squid for 2 mins, or until curled and light golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Meanwhile, toss mixed greens, avocado, cucumber and red pepper with dressing. Distribute between serving plates and top with squid. Serve with lemon wedges.
