Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 325u0b0F. Line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter in a small saucepan on low heat, stirring occasionally until melted
  3. Sift flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a medium bowl.
  4. Beat eggs and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until well combined. Gradually beat in chocolate mixture and peanut butter on low speed. Mix in dry ingredients until well combined. Let stand for 5 mins until firm.
  5. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Press tops into powdered sugar. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on prepared pans. Flatten slightly.
  6. Bake 10-15 mins, until cracked and slightly firm on the outside. Cool on pans 5 mins. Remove from pans; cool completely on a wire rack.
