Kielbasa Rolls

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Saute onion 4-5 mins, until tender. Add cabbage and cook 2-3 mins, until wilted. Stir in apple and cloves; cook a further 5 mins.
  2. Add vinegar and sugar. Season to taste; cook a further 3-4 mins.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a grill pan or skillet on high heat. Spray sausages with no stick cooking spray. Cook 2-3 mins, turning, until browned and heated through.
  4. Fill rolls with cabbage mixture, spinach and sausage. Serve with mustard.
