Beef Skewers With Toasted Pita Bread

  1. Mix together the garlic, oil and paprika and season with salt and pepper. Toss the meat in the garlic oil and leave to marinate while you prepare the remaining ingredients.
  2. Thread the meat, onions and peppers alternating on to 8 skewers. Place under a hot broiler and cook, turning, for 6-8 mins, turning regularly and sprinkling with more of the marinade as needed. Lightly toast the pita bread. Serve the skewers on plates with the tzatziki. Garnish with parsley if desired.
