Chicken Curry With Macaroni

  1. Cook the beans and carrots in boiling salted water for about 10 mins. Drain. Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water according to the package directions. Drain.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the chicken and onion for about 5 mins. Season to taste and sprinkle with curry powder and flour. Pour in the milk and stock, bring to a boil then simmer for about 5 mins. Add the beans and carrots. Add a little more curry powder to taste and serve with the pasta.
