Whole Wheat Spaghetti With Creamy Bacon And Mushrooms

  1. Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling water according to package directions; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Saute the onion, bacon and sausage for 3-4 mins until golden. Add the mushroom slices and fresh thyme; cook for a further 3-4 mins.
  3. Add spinach, cream and 3/4 cup water; simmer for 4-5 mins until creamy. Add the spaghetti; toss to combine. Season and serve with shaved Parmesan cheese.
