Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
- 1 c. chocolate graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Kahlua or vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 3 c. sour cream
- 1 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 8 oz. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Butter a 10-inch spring-form pan.
- For crust, mix cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into pan. In large mixer bowl, blend sugar and eggs until light and thick. Gradually add cream cheese.
- Beat until smooth.
- Stir in melted chocolate, Kahlua and cocoa.
- Mix in sour cream.
- Fold in melted butter, then add mini chocolate chips; pour into pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours; let cool, then refrigerate.
- Remove outer rim of pan to serve.
- Baking time can vary depending on oven.
