Blueberry And Hazelnut Tarts
- 12 None frozen individual tart shells, thawed
- 4 tbsp butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 None large egg, at room temperature
- 3 tbsp ground hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup blanched hazelnuts, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 oz frozen blueberries
- None None powdered sugar, to dust
- None None whipped cream, to serve
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. If tart shells are uncooked, place them on a baking tray and bake for 15 mins, or until golden brown. Let cool. If tart shells are pre-cooked, move to step 2.
- Meanwhile, beat butter and sugar in a stand mixer until light and creamy. Add egg, beating until combined. Fold in ground hazelnuts, chopped hazelnuts and flour. Distribute mixture between tart shells and top with blueberries. Bake for 15 mins, or until set.
- Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream.
