Chicken Pot Pie With Cheesy Mashed Potato Topping

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0F.
  2. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook onion and chicken, stirring, until browned. Add carrot and celery. Cook, stirring, until soft. Add flour then gradually stir in stock, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Cook, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in peas and season.
  3. Transfer to a large baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 30 mins, or until browned and heated through.
