Country Style Steak And Gravy

  1. Sprinkle
  2. steak with tenderizer, Accent, salt and pepper on both
  3. sides.
  4. Flour steak well on both sides.
  5. Fry steak in shorteningtn
  6. medium
  7. totigh heat until brown on both sides approximately
  8. 5
  9. minutes
  10. on both sides each.
  11. Remove from pan and
  12. add
  13. flour,
  14. salt and pepper to fat in pan.
  15. Brown lightly stirring.
  16. Add
  17. a
  18. little
  19. extra
  20. shortening if necessary.tdd water and Worcestershire stirring until of a good gravy consistency.
  21. Add
  22. a little extra water if necessary.
  23. You may return steak
  24. to
  25. gravy
  26. and
  27. simmer for 20 minutes covered or you may serve separately.
