Chocolate Zucchini Cake

  1. Sift first 4 ingredients; set aside.
  2. Cream butter, oil and sugar until light.
  3. On medium speed, beat eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Blend in vanilla.
  5. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk to creamed mixture.
  6. Beat well after each addition.
  7. Stir in zucchini.
  8. Pour in 13 x 9-inch pan.
  9. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
  10. Bake at 325u0b0 for 55 minutes or until cake tests done.
