Rigatoni And Meat Sauce

  1. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, combine ground beef, onion and garlic.
  2. Cook until ground beef is no longer pink; drain if necessary.
  3. Stir in next 6 ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Prepare rigatoni according to package directions; drain.
  7. Serve with meat sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Serves 4 to 6. Refrigerate leftovers.
