Cowboy Chili

  1. Saute onions, bell peppers, celery and jalapenos in a little oil.
  2. Add meat and brown.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients and add enough water to cover top.
  4. Cook for 3 hours on low heat.
  5. This may be a bit more chili powder than you like.
  6. Taste for seasoning after the first bottle.
