Lamb And Potato Pie

  1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 mins. Add the lamb and cook for 5 more mins, stirring and breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon. Stir in the stock, tomato paste, rosemary and Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and transfer to a shallow ovenproof dish.
  2. Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water for 5 mins to soften. Drain well and distribute them over the meat. Brush with the remaining oil and bake in the oven for about 45 mins or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
