Fire Cracker Casserole

  1. Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet until meat is brown and onion is tender. Discard drippings. Add chili powder, cumin and salt. Stir well. Cook over low heat 10 minutes. Spoon meat mixture into 13 x 9 baking dish. Layer beans, tortillas and cheese over mixture. Spread soup on top and pour tomatoes and green chilles on top of soup. Cover baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
