Tandoori Chicken Sub

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Combine chicken, tandoori paste and yogurt. Set aside to marinate for 20 mins.
  3. Open up baguette and place on prepared tray. Spread mango chutney over each 1/2. Top with sliced onion, chicken and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with mozzarella then bake for 10-15 mins, until bases are crisp and cheese has melted.
  4. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve with extra yogurt and lemon wedges.
