Vanilla Panna Cotta

  1. Lightly coat 6 - 4 oz small metal molds with oil.
  2. Combine buttermilk, sugar, orange zest and cardamom. Add gelatin and stir over low heat until sugar and gelatin dissolve. Add yogurt and vanilla. Discard orange zest and cardamom. Distribute between prepared molds and chill for 3-4 hours, until firm.
  3. Meanwhile, toss strawberries with honey and orange juice. Unmold panna cotta and serve with berries.
