Chicken And Pork Soup With Dumplings
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 None chicken breast, sliced
- 3.5 oz pork loin, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce, plus extra, to serve
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 bunch baby bok choy, quartered
- 8.75 oz frozen dumplings
- 7 oz egg noodles, cooked, drained
- 8 None raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails intact
- 2 oz baby corn, halved
- 2 oz snow peas, halved
- 2 oz oyster mushrooms
- 2 None green onions, sliced, to serve
- Heat oil in a saucepan over high heat. Saute meat for 2-3 mins, until browned. Add soy sauce. Set aside.
- Add stock, bok choy, dumplings, noodles and shrimp. Simmer for 5 mins, until shrimp are cooked through. Add meat to soup along with remaining vegetables. Heat gently.
- Serve topped with green onions and extra soy.
