Winter Cabbage And Beef Soup

  1. In a large stock pot or Dutch oven, saute onion and celery in oil until soft.
  2. Add ground chuck and brown.
  3. Add remainder of ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat.
  5. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  6. Serves 6 to 8.
