Individual Spicy Salami Pan Pizzas
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 oz dry yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lb pizza sauce
- 1/3 lb salami, sliced
- 1/4 lb spicy pepperoncini
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 lb mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1/4 lb Gouda cheese, grated
- Place the flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl and add the oil and 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water. Knead with the dough hook of a mixer for 5 mins, adding more water if necessary. Cover and allow to rest in a warm place for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 425u0b0F. Grease an 8 inch diameter baking pan. Cut the dough into 4 pieces and press one into the bottom of the pan, forming a slightly raised edge. Spread with 1/4 of the pizza sauce and sprinkle with 1/4 of the salami, pepperoncini, rosemary, mozzarella and Gouda.
- Cook over a high heat on the stove for 2 mins, then transfer to the oven and bake for 10 mins, until the cheese is golden and bubbling. Remove from the pan and repeat 3 times with the remaining ingredients.
