Quick Chicken Cacciatore

  1. In large skillet, saute green pepper, onion and mushrooms in oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  2. Place chicken breasts over vegetables.
  3. In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, chilies and seasonings.
  4. Pour over chicken; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and is tender.
  5. Serve over rice or spaghetti.
