Charlie'S Potato Tuna Chowder

  1. Combine 1 cup potatoes, chicken stock, onion and salt in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer around 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  2. Add sage, paprika and pepper to the saucepan. With a fork, mash the potatoes in a saucepan.
  3. Add remaining potatoes, carrots, green beans, celery and milk to the mashed potatoes in saucepan. Bring to a boil, then immediately reduce the heat.
  4. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add tuna fish to the saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes until well heated.
  5. Serves 4 to 6.
