Quick Hamburgers With Side Salad

  1. For the vinaigrette: mix 2 tbsp of oil and the vinegar vigorously in a bowl and season to taste. Set aside.
  2. Soak the bread in cold water. Knead the bread, ground beef and egg until well combined and season to taste. Form into 4 patties. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a nonstick pan and cook the patties for 3-4 mins each side.
  3. Cut the rolls in half horizontally. To assemble hamburgers, spread the bottom half of each roll with ketchup, followed by a lettuce leaf, 4 cucumber slices, a hamburger patty and a slice of tomato. To make the salad, toss the radishes, remaining cucumber and lettuce with the vinaigrette. Serve each hamburger with salad on the side.
