Tuna And Tomato Rotini

  1. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F.
  2. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to package directions. Drain well.
  3. Meanwhile, toss grape tomatoes and vinegar on a large baking pan. Season to taste. Bake for 6-7 mins, until tomatoes begin to burst.
  4. Combine canned tomatoes, garlic, red pepper flakes and sugar in a medium saucepan on low heat. Cook, stirring, for 1 min.
  5. Gently stir in tuna. Season to taste. Combine pasta, tuna mixture and roasted tomatoes in a large bowl. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crusty bread.
