Country-Style Barbecued Ribs
- 4 lb. country style ribs or spareribs
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- 3 thin slices lemon
- Cut ribs
- intoterving

- pieces
- (3 to 4 ribs per person).
- Saute
- garlic in butter in a medium saucepan about 5 minutes.
- Add
- remaining ingredients.
- Bring sauce to boil and simmer 5 minutes.
- Place
- ribs,
- meaty
- side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.tpoon mixture over ribs.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.theck after an hour cooking for doneness.
