Chili Turkey Hand Pies
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 None green onions, finely sliced
- 3 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce, plus extra to serve
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 None Thai chili, finely chopped
- 2 sheets puff pastry, halved
- 1 None egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- None None salad, to serve
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, green onions, mint, chili sauce, fish sauce, garlic and chili pepper. Spoon 1/4 mixture over half of each puff pastry rectangle, leaving a 1/3 inch border. Brush edges with a little water then fold pastry over. Crimp edges with a fork to seal. Transfer to prepared tray, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20-25 mins, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with salad.
