Chicken Banh Mi

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken and onion.
  2. To make dressing, in a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together, until sugar dissolves. Season with white pepper.
  3. Add half dressing to chicken mixture, tossing well.
  4. Spread rolls with mayonnaise. Fill with lettuce, pepper and chicken mixture. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Top with cilantro and chili to serve.
