Balsamic Lamb With Fattoush

  1. Heat an oiled grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high. Brush the lamb with the combined vinegar, oil and garlic. Grill the lamb until cooked to desired doneness. Cover to keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, for the fattoush, place the pita and vegetables in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve the lamb with the fattoush.
