Chocolate Cookies With Sprinkles
- 4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles
- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and creamy. Add condensed milk and beat until combined.
- Sift flour and cocoa powder over butter mixture. Beat until well combined. Roll tablespoons of mixture into 20 balls. Place on prepared pan, leaving room for slight spreading. Using a fork, flatten balls into 2-inch rounds.
- Bake for 10-12 mins. Cool on baking sheets 2 mins. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
- Spoon melted chocolate onto each cookie. Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles. Let stand until chocolate is set.
