Slider Burgers
- 1 medium egg yolk
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 4 small spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 None red chilli, finely diced
- 400 g minced beef
- 50 g gherkins, finely diced
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 2 stems dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- 8 small burger buns
- 50 g baby lettuce leaves
- 2 None tomatoes, sliced
- In a bowl, mix together the egg yolk, 1 tbsp mustard, green onions, chili and meat. Season with salt and pepper and form into 8 small burgers.
- For the sauce, mix together 1 tbsp mustard, chopped pickles, mayonnaise and dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers for about 10 minutes until they are cooked through. Cut the burger buns in half and lightly toast them.
- To serve, spread some lettuce and tomato on the bottom half of the bun. Top with a burger, a good dollop of the sauce and finally the bun top.
