Ginger, Lemon And Lime Fish

  1. Cut 4 large squares of parchment paper. Place a fish fillet in center of each square. Top each fillet with an equal amount of the lemon, lime and ginger, then half the green onions.
  2. Combine teriyaki marinade and sweet chili sauce. Drizzle evenly over the fish.
  3. Lift parchment paper around fish to enclose, folding down edges to secure. Place on a microwave-safe plate or the turntable and cook on high for 3-4 mins, or until cooked through (test with a fork - it will flake easily if ready). Let stand for 2 mins in paper packets.
  4. Carefully transfer fish with lemon, lime, ginger and onion to plates. Drizzle with any teriyaki marinade from packets. Sprinkle with remaining green onion. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with rice and Asian greens.
