Tangy Pork Chops

  1. Place chops in large baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Add onions, peppers, and tomatoes.
  4. Combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and bouillon; pour over vegetables.
  5. Cover and bake at 350u0b0F for about 1 1/2 hrs. or until chops are done and vegetables are tender.
  6. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into liquid in dish.
  7. Heat until thickened.
