Tangy Pork Chops
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 med. onions, sliced
- 1 large green pepper, sliced
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
- Place chops in large baking dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add onions, peppers, and tomatoes.
- Combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and bouillon; pour over vegetables.
- Cover and bake at 350u0b0F for about 1 1/2 hrs. or until chops are done and vegetables are tender.
- Mix cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into liquid in dish.
- Heat until thickened.
