Greek Salad

  1. To make the vinaigrette, mix the vinegar, lemon juice, oil and sugar in a bowl and season to taste.
  2. Mix the tomatoes, onions, cucumber, lettuce, olives, feta and pepper in a large bowl. Pour over the vinaigrette and toss well to mix. Divide between 4 serving plates, season to taste and sprinkle with parsley. Serve garnished with the pickled chilies, if desired.
