Red Velvet Cake With Marshmallow Frosting

  1. Cream liquid Butter Buds, sugars and Egg Beaters.
  2. Make a paste with 2 tablespoons liquid Butter Buds, cocoa and food coloring; add to creamed mixture.
  3. Mix buttermilk with lite salt, soda and vanilla.
  4. Add alternately with flour to cream mixture.
  5. Beat 3 minutes after this is added.
  6. Bake in two 9-inch pans that have been sprayed with nonfat cooking spray for 30 minutes at 350u0b0. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for a few minutes.
