Pork And Hoisin Noodle Stir Fry

  1. In a large bowl, soak and separate the noodles according to the packet instructions, then drain.
  2. In a wok or large frying pan, heat the oil to high. Add the pork and stir-fry in 2 batches, for 1-2 mins each batch, until browned. Remove from the pan and place on a plate.
  3. Add the pepper to the same wok and stir-fry for 1 min. Combine the sauces, stock and garlic in a small bowl and add to the pan. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins.
  4. Return the pork to the wok with the noodles and stir-fry for 2-3 mins to heat through. Serve topped with bean sprouts and peanuts, if desired.
