Penne With Meatballs

  1. Combine pasta sauce, wine, vegetables, mixed herbs and 1/2 cup water in a large skillet on medium heat. Bring to a simmer. Season to taste. Stir in meatballs. Simmer for 10-15 mins, stirring occasionally.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain well and place in a large serving bowl.
  3. Add meatball mixture and parsley and toss well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with garlic bread.
