Layered Lemon Crumb Bars(Makes 36 Bars)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0 (325u0b0 for glass dish).
  2. In small mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon and rind; set aside.
  3. In large mixer bowl, beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add flour, oats, baking powder and salt; mix until crumbly.
  5. Spread half the oat mixture into lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  6. Press down firmly.
