Jelled Salad Supreme
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. tiny marshmallows
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- Dissolve the raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
- Stir in pie filling. Turn into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Chill until firm. Dissolve the lemon gelatin in remaining 1 cup boiling water; cool. Beat cheese with mayonnaise until blended and smooth. Gradually add lemon gelatin.
- Stir in pineapple and marshmallows.
- Chill until partly set. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon over cherry layer. Top with pecans.
- Chill until set.
