Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 300u0b0. Combine cookie crumbs and butter; pat firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring pan. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk; beat until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. In a small bowl, toss together 1/2 cup chips with flour until the chips are coated; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared 9-inch pan. Sprinkle remaining chips evenly on top. Bake for 1 hour. Cake should spring back when touched lightly---then it's done!! Cool at room temperature. Keep in pan until you serve. Refrigerate later.
