Broccoli And Carrot Stir-Fry

  1. In wok or large skillet, heat the oil briefly.
  2. If using fresh garlic and/or ginger, add and stir-fry for 15 seconds.
  3. Add the broccoli, carrots and onions, tossing the vegetables to mix them well.
  4. Add the water, cover and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Remove cover and turn the heat to high.
  6. Cook the vegetables, stirring them 5 minutes longer or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. If using garlic powder or ground ginger, add and mix in soy sauce.
  8. Remove from heat and serve.
