Refrigerator Yeast Biscuits
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 generous c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 oz. powdered milk (1 c. + 3 Tbsp.)
- 1 1/4 oz. baking powder (2 Tbsp. + 1 tsp.)
- 20 1/2 oz. cake flour (about 5 c.)
- 11 1/2 oz. ice water (almost 1 1/2 c.)
- pinch of salt
- 2 1/2 c. blueberries
- Cream butter and sugar at medium speed until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla; beat for 5 minutes.
- Sift milk powder, baking powder and salt together.
- Add to mixture and beat 5 minutes.
- Add flour alternately with water, beating until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries by hand.
- Grease muffin tins lightly and flour.
- Fill about 2/3 full and bake at 350u0b0 until done, about 20 minutes.
