Chocolate And Irish Cream Custard Tart

  1. Preheat the oven to 375u0b0F. Prick the pie crust with a fork. Place on a baking pan. Bake 10 mins. Cool 10 mins.
  2. Reduce oven temperature to 325u0b0F.
  3. Meanwhile, place chocolate, milk and liqueur in a small saucepan on low heat. Stir for 2-3 mins until smooth. Cool slightly.
  4. Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl. Gradually whisk in milk mixture. Pour into pie crust.
  5. Bake 25-30 mins until custard is just set. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Dust with cocoa and serve with whipped cream, if desired.
