  1. Preheat the oven to 425u0b0F. Partially cook the potatoes in saucepan of boiling water for 6-7 mins. Drain and cool slightly. Cut into wedges and place on a lightly greased baking pan. Spray with no stick cooking spray. Bake for 15 mins until crisp and golden.
  2. Meanwhile, mix lemon peel and juice, parsley and garlic in a small bowl. Set aside. Heat a large nonstick skillet on high heat. Spray with cooking spray. Season fish well. Cook for 3 mins on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice mixture.
  3. Serve fish with chips and drizzle with pan juices. Serve with lemon wedges and low fat tartar sauce.
