Creamy Mushroom Gratin

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0F. Lightly grease and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange mushrooms on tray.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ham and onion flakes together. Divide between mushrooms.
  3. Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and garlic. Saute for 3-4 mins, until crisp. Transfer to a small bowl and let cool for 10 mins. Add cheese and parsley, mixing well. Sprinkle mushrooms evenly with crumb mixture and bake for 10-15 mins, until golden brown.
  4. Serve with salad.
