Turkey, Brie And Cranberry Patties
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 None onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 None egg, lightly beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 oz Brie, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup finely chopped cooked ham
- 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- None None Salad, to serve
- Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg and garlic in large bowl. Season to taste. Shape into 8 patties.
- Mix Brie, ham and cranberry sauce in a small bowl.
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Make a hole in center of each patty. Spoon 1 tsp Brie mixture into each hole. Re-shape patties to enclose filling. Refrigerate for 10 mins.
- Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook patties, in 2 batches, for 2-3 mins each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking pan.
- Bake for 8-10 mins until cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Serve with salad.
