Beef And Corn Casserole
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 to 3 c. crushed corn chips
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Brown ground beef, then add the celery and chopped onions.
- Cook until soft.
- Reduce heat and stir in 1 can of tomato soup, cream-style corn, drained kidney beans and seasonings.
- Place in large casserole and bake, uncovered, 20 minutes.
- Top with 2 to 3 cups of crushed corn chips.
- Return to oven and bake 10 to 15 minutes, until toasted.
