Hot And Sour Chinese Soup

  1. Soak mushrooms in boiling water in a small bowl for 15 minutes. Drain, discard stems and slice caps.
  2. Combine broth, soy sauce, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and pork in medium pan. Bring to a boil.
  3. Lower heat and simmer 3 minutes. Add bean curd, lemon juice and pepper. Bring to a boil.
