Chorizo Dog With Chimichurri

  1. Preheat oiled grill pan on medium heat. Grill chorizo 4-5 mins, turning once, until golden and crisp.
  2. For the chimichurri, process all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Season.
  3. Fill rolls with pepper, red onion, chorizo and avocado. Drizzle with chimchurri sauce to serve.
