Peach Cream Cheese Pie
- 1 medium size can sliced peaches
- 1 small regular vanilla pudding
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. softened butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. peach juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Grease 9-inch pie plate.
- Drain peaches (saving juice).
- Beat with mixer 2 minutes, pudding, salt, baking powder, flour, butter, egg and milk.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Place peaches over batter. Cream 2 minutes, cream cheese, peach juice and sugar.
- Spoon onto other mixture.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle over top of pie. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cool.
