Stroganoff Of Beef

  1. Brown meat cubes in butter.
  2. Add onions and mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato paste, sliced olives, salt, pepper and Worcestershire.
  4. Stir into meat mixture; cover and simmer 1 hour. Mix cornstarch and water; stir into mixture.
  5. Add sherry.
  6. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  7. Just before serving, add sour cream. Serve with cooked noodles or browned potato balls.
